Senator Kelly requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR HOUSE               
BILL NO. 383(JUD) An Act relating to expected deaths that occur                
at home be taken up. The bill was before the Senate on                         
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that the                       
reconsideration be held to the May 11 calendar. Without objection,             
it was so ordered.
